What We Publish

  • Topics we love: mindfulness & meditation, breathwork, stress & sleep, habit-building, gratitude & journaling, focus & productivity, mindful movement, kids/teens mindfulness, nutrition for mental well-being, product roundups (journals, timers, tools).
  • Not a fit: medical diagnosis/treatment claims, miracle cures, CBD/THC, unsafe hacks, therapy/counseling advice, adult/gambling content, AI-spun or previously published pieces, link schemes or “pay-for-link” posts.

Quality Standards

  • Originality: Your work must be 100% original.
  • Depth & length: 900–1,800 words, practical takeaways, clear subheads, scannable bullets.
  • Evidence: Cite 2–5 reputable sources (peer-reviewed studies, .edu/.gov sites, recognized organizations). Include links inline.
  • Tone: Friendly, inclusive, and pragmatic. No fear-mongering or overhyped promises.
  • AI policy: Light AI assist is acceptable, but submissions must be human-edited, fact-checked, and in your voice. We reject AI-generated “thin” content.

Links & Promotion

  • Author links: Up to 2 contextual links to high-quality, relevant content you own. We reserve the right to add nofollow or sponsored.
  • No affiliate or tracking links In submissions, our team will include any necessary compliance disclosures for site-owned affiliate programs.
  • Outbound citations: Link to authoritative sources; avoid low-quality or AI-spam pages.

Formatting & Assets

  • Structure: Short intro hook, H2/H3 subheads, bullets, and a clear conclusion with 3–5 action steps.
  • Images: Only images you own or CC0. Preferred featured image: 1200×628px (provide source/credit where required) + descriptive alt text.
  • SEO helper (optional but appreciated): a suggested focus keyphrase, 50–60 char SEO title, and 155–160 char meta description; plus 3–5 tags.
  • Bio: 40–60 words, 800×800 headshot, one homepage or social link.

Review, Edits & Rights

  • Editorial control: We may edit for clarity, style, accuracy, compliance, headlines, and images.
  • Rights: You grant us the right to publish and update the piece. You may republish elsewhere with a canonical link back to the original on HealthyRelaxation.com.
