How to play Body-Scan Bingo

Slow down, notice, mark a square, let the body lead.

  1. Goal: Make 5 in a row (rows, columns, or diagonals). The center is FREE.
  2. Tap squares to mark/unmark. New Card shuffles, Reset clears marks, Print makes a paper version.
  3. Optional: Turn on Guided to auto-mark squares at your chosen pace (20–120s).
